In order to strengthen the management of the Alxa Desert National Geopark in Inner Mongolia, rationally protect, develop, utilize the geological relic resources, popularize the knowledge of Earth Science, make management of the geopark systematic, standardized and scientific, the Management Methods of The Alxa Desert National Geopark ,Inner Mongolia ,which was appoved by the administrative office of the league,was formed and carried out on March 31,2009. Among these rules, there are procedual regulations about protection, construction and administration of the geopark and so on. And, the duty of management department is further clarify. Also, concrete regulations about the especific requirement in engaging in various activities and Priority Protection are made.The implement of the Management Methods plays an important role in strengthening the protection and management of  the geopark’s relics, restraining or reducing all kinds of sabotage, enhancing the overall founction of geoparks, and accelerating the speed of being an world geopark.
